TIRKS SME responsible for verifying, validating, creating and improvising a new software tool designed to automate circuit order and Network Element creation in TIRKS and Downstream OSS Systems functionality for any/all Network Elements.  Orders proposed are adds, changes and deletions of old and new NEs, their associated carrier systems, and all circuits being migrated.

Integra Telecom - Network Implementation Engineer - Vancouver, WA 5/2013- 2/2014.

Responsible for OSG Production Support.  Monitored all eight regions for connectivity (Yellow-I), Error (Red E) or system (hardware/software) issues for Open SwitchGate between MARTENS operations system and network elements providing service, namely the switches (DMS, 5E, Ericsson, etc.), digital cross-connect systems (DLCs), digital loop carriers (DLCs), digital subscriber line access modules (DSLAMs), and Ethernet (Ciena, Cisco, ATM).  Corrected/added data, equipment (delegates and devices) and created associations/templates in MARTENS to that end.  Query tools for equipment, facilities, circuits, customer records, and trouble tickets include SQL based Oracle queries/reports. T-Mobile - Sr. Transport Engineer - Concord, CA 5/2011- 9/2011.

Responsible for updating of services for T-Mobile excess OCn, DS3, DS1, Pure IP  and other projects, including project managing various aspects of this process. Using Granite (Xpercom), removed, modified and installed/changed facilities (T1 and all SONET rates). Used extensive knowledge of SONET, ADMs, DCSs, ATMs, etc. Worked with T-Mobile Tranport, Network Engineering, Switch and Network Ops Traffic, NSS, Transport, DCS and Switch Depts. Created spreadsheets of rings, channels and paths, TGs and T1s. Created plans for circuit migrations off old rings and onto new rings or off of rings entirely, completely disconnecting them.  Rolled circuits from OCns/DS3s and onto new OCns/DS3s. Performed systems analysis and design methodology in MNP Market. Compared field audit data to XNG database, analyzed discrepancies and made necessary corrections to update XNG using XNG Client. AT&T Mobility - UMTS Optimization RF Engineer - Pleasanton, CA 7/2008 - 12/2008.

Created Datafill (site, uMSC, RNC, RF Design information for Data Translations, E911 and Billing groups to input into their respective systems. Verified input into Ericsson OSS, RNCs, Nortel MSC switches and Intrado E911 databases. Using Oracle 10g queries, audited parameters in OSS to verify compliance with AT&T's National Guidelines. At launch, validated OSS information, CCU data, parameters and datafill. Coordinated efforts to integrate all projects. UMTS optimization/performance experience.
